From the 19th July we continue to ask patients visiting the surgery to:

  • Wear a face covering at all times (unless you are medically exempt) and adhere to social distancing guidelines

  • Wash or sanitise your hands before entering the building and use the hand sanitiser provided where it's available

  • Do not visit if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been instructed to self-isolate or have received a positive COVID-19 test

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic we have made some changes to our patient services to reduce the risk to both patients and our staff.

The online booking of appointments has been suspended and you should contact the surgery by telephone or use the online consultation service.

If you do not have access to a telephone or the internet you can speak to our reception team at the surgeries.

All patients must wear a face covering if attending the practice.

All patients must alert the practice as soon as possible if they develop coronavirus symptoms before their face to face appointment to cancel the appointment and avoid spreading the virus.

Due to the size of our buildings we have very limited, social distanced seating in our waiting rooms. We ask that patients consider this when given appointments to attend the surgery and be prepared to wait in their vehicles or outside the building and wear appropriate clothing/bring umbrellas for the weather. The frail and vulnerable will be offered seating in the waiting room and this can be discussed with our reception staff on arrival.
